Hi Lucky,
I used my miles for lax to lhr basic economy
What is best way to approach for upgrading to premium economy ?

I’m not sure “upgrade” is the appropriate term, but you can change your BE award flight to PE provided award space in PE is available, without a change fee as long as your flight is 21 days or further out. Of course, you will need to have enough miles to cover the change.
