So your article about Qatar did manage to make me patient enough to call the Doha office and was answered with an automated voice response system. They asked me to log in a CALLBACK REQUEST online instead of waiting for hours on the phone & they will call me back as soon as they can.
I made this request in the afternoon around 2 30pm(dubai local time).
I got a callback 7 hours later and they carried out my request giving me the BEST option I could’ve gotten for my booking.
