    For some reason a rep allowed me to book a promotion that has a 4th night free and even a car transfer but in the booking page shows the 4th night paid (that is probably why it was processed.
    Question is now that this has been made and an email confirmation received how can I ensure I get the 4th night from Citi? Im trying to understand the post verification process or is this reservation doomed to fail?

    You should have received an email from the Citi concierge stating the exact amount of the reservation and the amount you will get refunded. You should be able to hold them to that.
