Anonymous GuestI am a Oneworld Emerald through BA’s Executive Club (Gold) was recently departing in business class on Qatar Airways from IAH and was hoping to access the BA First lounge to check it out. I was denied access despite showing my travel on a oneworld member airline and BA status – the lounge agent said they will not allow any oneworld passenger who is departing on a oneworld airline that operates its own lounge. This is in contrast to what is on the oneworld website for this particular lounge. Do you know where or even if it is possible to write to either BA or Oneworld about their agents not honoring the oneworld agreement?
