DJinKC New MemberI have a ton of trips coming up on AA, and I’d like to figure out a way to challenge for Executive Platinum. I have talked to AA, and they don’t offer any public ExPlat challenges, but the reps I’ve spoken to say that they will sometimes issue targeted challenges to certain customers, based on their spending and travel patterns.
Any tips on getting AA to review my account for this purpose? Apparently this action has to initiate with their sales department, and there is no way to get ahold of them directly.
