[USER=1071]@John Woods[/USER] it really depends on your travel patterns. Personally I’d look at the Upgrade Certificates, bonus miles, or the status gifting option if you have someone close to you who would benefit from it.

From what I’ve heard the upgrade instruments are only good for a year so if you don’t need to use or choose them now, wait until you need to (early next year is when your choices would be due for this year I think).
