available suites – hyatt policy to not upgrade

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi,

I recently stayed at a hyatt where there policy was to not upgrade globalists to a suite even if it was available. I was surprised by this given that its a pandemic + the hotel was very empty. When I pressed I was told it was the policy.

Is there any way to find this out ahead of time? I’d stay at a hotel that will upgrade globalists to suites when available.
