Utilizing Great ex CAI fares

Utilizing Great ex CAI fares

  1. Jeremy New Member

I’ve been seeing a lot of amazing business class fares ex-CAI (particularly to Asia), and I’m trying to figure out the best way to utilize these as a PDX based flyer. I’m planning a 3 week trip to Asia (BKK, ICN and surroundings with a possible stop in LHR), and i’m trying to figure out the best way to utilize these. Seeing Oman Air and QR have great deals, but currently the plan would be to fly PDX -CAI-BKK, but that seems a bit out of the way journey just for a few hours on great product.

Any thoughts on how to best utilize these (either to Asia/Europe or out of Asia/Europe back to PDX)?

I’m not sure there are any good solutions unfortunately. Sorry!

    Hi @Jeremy, and welcome!

@Gaurav is right that there’s no real way to do this without backtracking or going out of the way. If that’s not a deal-breaker for you, then I might organize tickets from Portland to Europe, then leverage the ex-CAI fares for the other parts of your trip.
