    Hey all,

We are booked to travel to Sydney from the UK at end of Jan for a couple weeks holiday. With all the news about fires, smoke, haze, and poor air quality, is it still worth coming? We can actually cancel the whole trip and not lose any money so wondering if we should do this and save for another time (though would struggle to get BA redemption tickets in J again) or risk that not all the touristy things will be open.

    Thanks!
    Sam.

BA guarantees that each flight will have a certain number of award seats available so if you were to cancel and rebook for another time, you just have to book it early enough.
