Separate tickets CX/LX to Tel Aviv?

Separate tickets CX/LX to Tel Aviv?

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m hoping to take CX from HKG to ZRH, and then take LX to Tel Aviv (and back the same way). I can’t book them on the same ticket though. I would have three hours in between the flights. Does anyone have any advice on whether this is inadvisable? Should the CX flight be delayed, I could be in a lot of trouble. Thanks for any help.

Under regular operations, separate tickets are fine and I think 3 hours should be enough to transit ZRH. However, is there any reason you cant book a single ticket that’s HKG-TLV-HKG so that you’d be protected in case of delays and what not?
