Has anyone on here been to Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg?

I can fly STR-MXP for 45EUR or I can fly STR-HAM-MXP for 100EUR with an ~8 hour layover in HAM so I can go there. Worth the time?

I haven’t been, but I’ve heard it is good. Definitely something I want to see

Seems cool! I’d definitely do it if I was a train enthusiast.

While trains are fun, my main reason for the detour is the airport they built inside! http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com/exhibit/wunderland-sections/airport/about-airport/
