LHR to DEL

    Hi All,

Looking for cheap options to fly LHR to DEL in biz. I know origination fees make that impossible so any ideas on how to get around them? I have united/aeroplan/avios/amex mr points so looking for carriers without too many fees etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Thanks!!

What about finding an award from another European city, and then getting a cheap flight from London to that city?

Define “cheap”? If you’re really looking for the cheapest option with a lie-flat seat, Alitalia has $1,600 round trip flights almost every day of the year starting in August.

I think that if it were me, I would look at David W’s suggestion. Find your mileage flight to/from another European gateway, then get a cheap Jet2/EasyJet/Ryanair ticket to that gateway. AMS, MAD, BCN, ZRH, MUC, FRA, CDG are all possible options.
