EK first outbound best option, and night vs day we question

I’m looking at booking Emirates first class US to BKK with stopover in Dubai and have following itinerary options, and recommendations on if one is better than the other:

Outbound I see availability out of LAX and SFO for my desired dates. Any difference in two services? Timings are similar. Either way, I’ll be connecting in from Seattle.

After my Dubai stopover, I can either take a morning or overnight flight to BKK, any difference in service? Crazily, Alaska website is also showing a Dubai to HKG to BKK option with a six hour layover in Hong Kong. Is this worth it, adding the extra time? Or would there be diminishing returns in enjoyment of first class.

@Noa — The SFO and LAX flights should be similar, so I’d go with whichever is more convenient. For the flights to Bangkok, I’d look at the plane — I hate red-eyes, but I’d take an overnight on the A380 versus a day flight on an old 777.
