Norman, what class of service are you looking for? What’s valuable to you on a flight?

Your only options seems to be backtracking via Europe on AirFrance, KLM, Lufthansa or Turkish. Turkish will give you shortest flights since Istanbul is a relatively short flight from Tel Aviv.
Otherwise, you’d need to connect in Asia on Cathay or Korean.
You could always connect twice via 2 separate tickets. Tel Aviv to Cairo and then Cairo to Mumbai via one of the ME3 carriers. Fares out of Cairo are usually cheap, even premium cabins.
