using krisflyer to book ANA

Hi All

I’m planning to fly the ANA Sydney to Haneda next year.

I have a bunch of velocity points which i can transfer to krisflyer it will require around 77000k points one way business. But I can’t find availabliity when punching in krisflyer site.
I can find one seat using lifemiles and none on united and theres availability on their ANA site.

What is the best way to find ANA availability using other partner airline points?

i have dilemma.
I booked one ticket using lifemiles for the same route, and i checked with krisflyer before to see if they have the same flight but it was all gone! Would you suggest i get economy and hunch they will have business award to upgrade later?

Yep, that’s probably the best approach at this stage, or look again for routes that have two seats.

I don’t know much about when ANA releases award availability they do have spots the day before and after but we are keen on that Friday to go after work. Suggest I cancel lifemiles and then book together the day before or after ?
