I am flying from KHI-DOH-KUL on October 27th, and from KUL-DOH-KHI on October 30th, all in business class.
Is there any way that I can get upgraded to first class without using any miles (as I don’t have any Qmiles)?

You best bet would probably be a paid upgrade at the gate and/or check in.
Might not be good value.

Omar, have you checked if QR offers a first cabin to KUL? I think they’re reducing their first seats and a random search for a paid ticket on the route doesn’t show any first options…
