Tremulous New MemberHow can I upgrade from Coach to Biz on international BA segments booked as American?
I fly from DFW to India 4x per year on AA via London. My AA Exec Plat VIP gets me upgraded to London. How do I upgrade onward from London (BA plane ticketed as AA)? I collect Amex Rewards points if that helps.
