Speedbird New MemberI need to be back before the 5th of January, and I cannot leave before the 13th of December. I am running into brick wall after brick wall with Lufthansa, British Airways, and Alaska mileage accounts. Are there any tricks I can do to find award spaces?

Search segment by segment? You’re traveling over a busy season so i;m not surprised award seats are scarce.
Try to look for awards from larger gateway cities, like YVR, LAX or SFO. Maybe also consider ORD, JFK, EWR, IAD.
