Too old for Economy
My husband and I are both retired. We fly Alaska 2-3 times a year to see family. Alaska once a year to Maui. Usually one European trip per year, has been whoever had the price and decent schedule. Although all purchases goe on a CSR or a Venture card, how realistic is it for someone who doesn’t fly for a living to save up enough for 2 business class to New Zealand or Europe?
Really depends on how much spend you can put on the card and how well you can maximize the earnings.
I’d also consider purchasing miles during promotions.
