Thank You Points
Hello. I see that TY points can be awarded to AsiaMiles (aka Cathay) ,and then also with Etihad and others… can it be awarded to an Etihad flight that uses AA metal…. is my question?
I don’t really understand how one who wants to fly MIA-CDG on AA equipment (due to schedules) can benefit from a Etihad miles program. If that is not possible then, my next question is Asia.
MIA-SIN.
These co-branded flights kind of mess with me…….. any help?
You could use EY miles to book AA awards based on the tables here: http://www.etihadguest.com/en/spend-miles/airline-partners/american-airlines/. Partner bookings with EY are well documented to be a little painful but with a little persistence it should be possible.
