Tacking on an Award Flight within Europe
Hi,
If I want to book an award flight from JFK to Europe using Kris Flier Miles or Miles and More Miles but my final destination is not Germany how can I tack on another flight to my final destination? Let’s say I want to go to Italy, Switzerland, Greece, etc. My goal is to get to Europe on a 1st class award ticket. Would it be the same number of miles or would I have to book a separate flight with cash or use another miles currency? I assume LH has plenty of flight within Europe but what about Singapore Airlines? In the case of Singapore Airlines can I book a flight with one of their partners for the same amount of miles?
Thanks.

Yes you can book a *A award ticket with Singapore to somewhere in Europe they don’t fly to, but you would then be charged the partner rate and not the lower rate for flights just on SQ.

Lufthansa award charts, you can book flights with LH group directly online. On some partners you would be require to call Miles and More to book

When booking an F award you can get a ticket all the way to your destination, the flight inside Europe would be on Euro J.
