    Hi,

I’m an 18 year old student from the UK who has a passion for flying and especially the luxury side of travel. Im going to be going on a gap year in 2016 and I was wondering what advice there was to get the most out of the trip in terms of premium cabins and airlines without necessarily having to go down the route of spending 90% of my budget on flights! I have a British Airways Silver Card, from travel with my family, and an Air Canada Elite Status 35.

I love reading all your reviews and postings and would love to emulate some of the way you travel- being able to fly the best airlines in the best classes. I’ve been fascinated by premium travel and comparison between airlines from a young age but have found that £4,000 return fairs often get in the way of this interest!

Stuart, you’ll either need to get quick access to miles and points (more difficult in the UK as opposed to the US), or to keep an eye out for cheap fares although these will require the outlay of cash. There is no secret other way unfortunately….
