Hi,

I need to decide for SIN-PVG trip in business class between :

-68 000 miles and $ SGD 250 on sq
or
-52 000 miles and $ SGD 1 400 on EK but my miles on EK will expire at end of october so i have to use them…

What would you advise ? Additionnaly, i have miles on 9W (jet airways). Any posibility to tranfer them to any pother airline ?

Your EK miles won’t do you any good at all if they expire so if you’ve got the cash I’d go ahead and use those.

As for the 9W miles, typically airline miles cannot be transferred to another airline.

You can’t transfer them but you should be able to use them on partners (though I have heard this can be a hassle with 9W sometimes).

Thanks for the answer. You re right, lost miles doesn’t make any good so i will book the EK flight.
