Singapore 15% if booked online

Singapore 15% if booked online

I recently booked Singapore suites from LAX to NRT at a saver level. I booked it on their web site, yet never during the process (nor at checkout) I was offered 15% off the amount of miles used.
I wonder, is this 15% discount already included in the miles advertised as saver award, or did something go wrong and they failed to credit me with this discount. Or maybe it just takes a long time (I booked this reward a few weeks ago)?
It’s the first time I redeem on Singapore, so I am not sure what to expect as to these 15% off that everybody is talking about.
    thank you

How many miles were you charged? Have you compared it to the SQ miles chart?

I was charged 148,750 miles for 2 tickets (74 375 per person) for suites from LAX to NRT (not all the way to Singapore). Where could I find SQ miles chart? And – if after I compare to it – I still don’t see 15% off reflected – what’s my best course of action?
