I am looking for 2 RT tickets in Biz/First for redemption from NYC (area) – HYD.
If HYD is tough taking a hop via DEL/BLR/BOM/MAA is an option.
I have points from major progs like UR/MR/SPG/AA

Possible Dates
Dec 13 – Jan 3

Ideally I would like to try ME3 since they have flights to HYD directly and their product is awesome too. Making another interesting stop is fine too.
I have redeemed 4-5 times on Star Alliance using United but never on One World.
Priority is to avoid Air India but open for short hauls.

[USER=522]@PhatMiles[/USER] Those are some awfully tough dates for award bookings. I’m going to cancel an EY award in the next couple of days to BOM on 12/12. No idea if the seats will fall back into award buckets (the award is IAD-AUH-BOM). The only reasonable space I was able to find was on a UA award flying BOS-FRA-BHX-DEL-PNQ which is nice since it gets me to my final destination but also means taking AI for the BHX-DEL-PNQ legs. On the plus side it’s a red eye, so at worst I’ll just sleep through it on a 787 :).Using AI might be your only option at this point.

I wouldn’t count on last minute availability either. I think most planes are overbooked in Y that time of year which means people are going to get op-ups to J and F.

I am finding it really tough to find seats and that too 2. Will keep an eye on the EY awards you are planning to drop. Hope I get em. Booking a domestic BOM-HYD is no big deal. But the charges for the bags is a killer if booked on separate tix.

If you leave some way to contact you, I can shoot you an email or text when I am about to call so you can monitor. Once I have it you can delete it here so it’s not lying around. If it shows up, when you call AA to ticket, ask about Jet availability. You might find a domestic connection in the same price and EY and 9W seem well connected so hopefully they can help with luggage transfers.
