Redeem Alaska to Australia

Redeem Alaska to Australia

Hey there… sorry if this is old news, but I was just flicking through the award charts for Alaska’s Mileage Plan and noticed that you can now redeem for Emirates flights, all the way between Australia and the USA. Business is 120k one way. Do you know if this been around for a while? I can’t ever recall seeing it.

I think Emirates recently upgraded so that all Australian flights are now A380. And you could do some interesting routing options e.g. you could stop in Bangkok, Dubai or Milan on the way to JFK.

This could be a great way to get to or from the USA! 🙂

I’m Australian and living in Chicago. Qantas shows quite a lot of availability on Emirates to Australia. But it’s a long way!
