recommendation to use amex points
I have Amex 268K points. I am travelling from US to Dusseldorf to Catania, Sicily then back to Dusseldorf then US in Jan.
I want to fly business class. I have looked but unsure who to fly on–maybe Air Canada–70K miles + $123 I can travel US to Dusseldorf-
I am unsure where to transfer my points in terms of “what is a good deal”
Any suggestions, please-

I would start with what award flights are available on your dates (give or take), and then decide the best way to book. But Aeroplan is likely going to be a top contender regardless.
