Points Pros Backed Up?!
I’ve used Points Pros in the past and have had nothing but a great experience. I recently submitted a request over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back which seems uncharacteristic.
Anyone from OMMAT able to provide an update? Are you guys backed up on requests/not accepting any new requests at the moment?

We are super busy, but I’ve still been trying to respond to everyone.
Can I ask where did you sent your request? If you submitted something through the website using the same email address as you use on Ask Lucky, then it didn’t come through on our end, so we might have a bigger issue 🙁
