Partner awards on AA website

Partner awards on AA website

When I look up a random International saver award i.e. JFK-NRT all that I see is a routing via DFW in AA’s old F and a segment in Y from DFW-LGA. Does anyone know how I can get partner airline awards to come up on the AA website?

Not all partners will ever show up AA. Using BA’s website and searching segment-by-segment may be your best bet, though JAL should show up on AA.com. But for CX you’ll need to use BA.

    JAL won’t show. Use BA.com

@MidSouth Skier you can’t route through Hkg to Nrt on American.

@MarkS, you’re right, I was just giving an example of an Asian partner that doesn’t show up on AA.com. I forgot that JAL was not there either.
