    Ben: I’m sure this is a common problem, that might merit comments from you. With all the Covid restrictons, all of us have had difficulty traveling, and importantly unable to redeem award benefits accrued. My mileage is increasing like crazy with manufactured points, but more immediately of concern are use of free nights accrued (I have 8, accross Marriott, IHG, HIlton).. At the same time, companion tickets and free tickets are idling. If, and WHEN, all the craziness diminishes, what is going to be the impact of a flood of folks like me redeeming non revenue rooms, travel, etc., on an industry that needs revenue?
