Hi everyone! I tried to search the threads but couldn’t find a similar posting. I’m having issues booking on Turkish via Lifemiles. Even though the website and the call center reps can see availability, they can’t book [I]any[/I] Turkish Airlines flights, whether they depart from IST or YUL. The flights [I]are[/I] available, as I can see them on ANA, Aeroplan, United, and even Turkish’s own FF program. I tried sending an e-mail to [email][email protected][/email], and one of their agents called back and spent nearly 45 min on the phone with me. He too was flabbergasted why then can’t book any TK flights.

Has anyone run into this issue? Any workarounds?

Hi! I’m experiencing the same issue as well. I’ve been looking to book award flights on Turkish for mid-September & have been monitoring the award calendar availability very closely (almost daily, hah). Up until the middle of last week, there was A LOT of availability showing (although I didn’t try to actually click through & book), however now it appears all Turkish flights have been pulled.. There’s no availability whatsoever, regardless of date/origination city/etc. I messaged the LifeMiles account on Twitter on 8/22 & they confirmed they were aware of the issue/were working to “resolve” it, but couldn’t provide an ETA. I’m getting a bit worried now that LifeMiles will no longer be redeemable for Turkish flights as you would think 10+ days would be enough time to remedy the issue..

Sorry nobody has responded to your questions. I’ve noticed the forum here has been pretty quiet recently, probably just a natural result of less of us traveling and booking flights, so obviously less conversation around both.

I am experiencing NO Turkish flights on lifemiles as of August 20, 2020 till now. Turkish airlines is a member of star alliance. I don’t know why we can’t see those Turkish flights?
