I’m wondering if others have had the same experience I have dealing with LAN Airlines. Firstly, I tried to register for LANPASS and it took months because their website just took me around in circles. Eventually I wrote to their managing director in Santiago and something did happen although it still doesn’t operate the way it should. Then I tried to checkin online. The same kind of thing happens. Around and around in circles and no boarding pass at the end of it all. Then telephone calls to their call centre. ALWAYS a very bad line and NEVER is anything resolved.
Darryl, I had no trouble signing up for LAN pass when I tried although this was a couple of years ago. Have you tried the usual ideas? Different browsers, making sure you have all your plug ins active and up to date etc?
