I’m trying to hold an award for KE F for a friend. I see the space online so I called but they told me that the seat isnt there because their internal system is not synced with their online system. Is that a thing?
I’ve got a mixed itinerary on hold for her now, JFK-ICN in J and ICN-SIN in F but priced at the F level.
Not that I know of. I would call and ask for the Skypass desk versus a normal reservations agent. They typically take your number and have someone call you back.
I’ll do that but when I check the space again, the seat is gone 🙁

Probably both. The agent did waitlist my friend for First on JFK-ICN so hopefully that clears
