JAL issues with EK availability
Hi Lucky, I have an existing award ticketed on EK segments using Japan MileageBank. I called in today to get the date of travel moved (have done this easily in the past), and the agent said there was a problem with JMB pulling up EK award availability. They did not have a timeframe for resolution, and said that their technical team has been working on this problem since Monday.
Do you have any other information around this?
