Iberia Plus Booking Engine Can’t Find IAH :(

Iberia Plus Booking Engine Can’t Find IAH 🙁

  1. BradLAX

I’m one of the lucky ones who had their Iberia promo points credited, and want to book a simple LAX-IAH roundtrip on AA. Seems straightforward enough, except this is Ibeira we’re talking about here … When you enter “IAH” in the Iberia Plus booking engine, it populates a few random airports but not George Bush Intercontinental. When you enter “HOU”, you get Houston Hobby, which AA doesn’t fly to (and doesn’t work as a catch-all for all area airports, like “NYC” or “LON” do).

Anybody experience this before and have a back-end work-around to find availability from IAH? Given the horror stories I’ve read about people trying to get their bonus Avios, I really, really want to avoid having to call Iberia.
