    Hey,

    I am a diamond member with Hyatt and will be soon downgraded to their explorist category. I have a couple of reservation coming up in November – Would I still get diamond benefits?

    The confirmation email tells me I am a diamond member and that I would be eligible for diamond benefits but I am not sure if that’s the case – Please can someone help me.
