Help me burn avios…

Help me burn avios…

    Hi Lucky & Community

Please can I ask your advice on how to best use 250,000 Avios, and one BA Amex companion voucher.

I live in London, and ideally would use it to fly me and a friend in style to the Caribbean or maybe Asia for a holiday later this year.

I would usually save avios to use for upgrades from CW to F, but the fun has quickly run out of that, as I travel for business and alone, and I also sleep much better in a CW window seat than F!

To complicate matters, I’m also pregnant so want to burn these miles and the voucher before I have a baby onboard. I have six months to travel… The voucher has another six months life after that, but don’t expect I’ll be travelling with a really tiny one.

    Help!

    Thanks Katherine

What comes to mind is a BA F or CX F flight out of HKG. No fuel surcharges there and if you find space on a BA flight, you can use the companion certificate.
