Has anyone published a point conversion chart?

Has anyone published a point conversion chart?

After a number of years of travel hacking at an amateur level I’ve expanded my horizons. The level of detail required to track all of the options has become more than I can easily keep in my head. Has anyone published a chart, matrix or spreadsheet that lists the mileage and point programs along with the other programs that they can transfer to along with the standard conversion rates? Also, the same question for credit cards along with their earnings (points, point multipliers, etc.)

    Thanks in advance

The Frequent Miler has a Google Docs spreadsheet of the transferable currencies including Membership Rewards, Ultimate Rewards, SPG points, Diners Club, Thank You points, My Points. The text of the blog post reflects version 1 of the spreadsheet but if you click on the link in the post you’ll get the latest version:
