Etihad to Dublin

Etihad to Dublin

  1. Chris Cain New Member

I am wanting to travel to Dublin in May and take my wife and was wondering in the routing rules? I would like to use my AA miles for award but see no available seats going on the Geust first on Etihads site. There are seats however coming back. My question can I fly DUB to ABU with stopover, and then to LAX and if so how many miles? Thanks for all you guys help. Chris

    Chris,

DUB-AUH-LAX would price as two awards since AA does not allow 3rd region transit. If you book before March 22nd (even if you travel in May), DUB-AUH is 20k/30k/40k miles and AUH-LAX is 45k/67.5k/90k miles for Economy/Business/First.
