I had asked this before but not sure if it got caught in the spam filter or something……
I am booked on Etihad….AUH-SYD-AKL at pre devaluation rates….can I change it to AUH-MEL-AKL without kicking in either reward repricing or the $150 change fee? The class of service remains the same. I just need to change the dates and I cant make the Sydney flight work.
(I would have tried directly with agents but with Etihad you have to call Australia and somehow I haven’t had a great experience with their Fiji based call-center…)
