Etihad Guest “In Review”
I have had an Etihad Guest account since 2016. My only activity was last year when i transferred in MR and booked 2 F AUH -> JFK tickets for my wife and myself. A couple of weeks ago, I called to book award tickets on Royal Ai Maroc but was told my Etihad Guest account was “In Review” and that I needed to e-mail [email][email protected][/email] to find out why. I cannot get a response, and calling or DM on twitter just results in the same “you need to email”.
Have you ever heard of this happening?
