Emirates First Class From Australia / Asia to Europe

Emirates First Class From Australia / Asia to Europe

Is the Alaska Mileage Plus points for Emirates awards flights only limited to flights originating from North America? Has anyone used Alaska points on Emirates First Class flights from Australia / Asia?

    Welcome.

Alaska Mileage Plus points can only be used for routes publish by Alaska.

There is no AUS-EU published chart so travel on one award is not possible.

And since there is no US-AUS chart for Emirates it’s not possible to travel on this route either

Asia to EU is not possible also due to there not being a published chart for Emirates on this route. if you have lots of points and are willing to fly a lot you could connect in the US on 2 separate awards.

It’s possible to fly Cathay Pacific AUS-EU, but this would be 2 separate awards and the only routing possible would be AUS-HKG and then HKG-EU. No connecting flights allowed, see costs on the AUS and EU award charts.
