So before US Airways became part of AA, I made an award redemption from USA-Asia 2 via Europe in J. (The operator somehow made it work.) Now I want to re-route my legs around and move to F but still would like to stick around Europe before Asia 2. Can anyone suggest any potential approach? Thank you so much!

@Wesley — Unfortunately I think you’re out of luck with moving to F. US Airways always had to redeposit an award and start over when changing the class of service, so I don’t think American would be able to price a new award at the US Airways rates.
That being said, if you are just changing the routing and want to keep the general framework of the business class award, they should be able to do that for you. You will pay a $150 change fee per passenger.
