Changing US award ticket after merger?
I booked an award ticket using US miles, but am looking for a date change. When I log into my AA account and click on the PNR, it directs me to usairways.com, leading me to believe their system is still the one ‘holding’ the file. Any idea what the rules are for changing an award ticket booked with US miles, post-merger? Whose rules apply? What if the zones are different between programs, would I get a refund?
