Cathay pacific seats not available

Cathay pacific seats not available

I’m planning a trip to australia next april and was searching for seats on CX 163 on 28th April but BA’s website doesn’t show any cathay flights for some reason. The return is on CX 162 on 15th May and once again there are no business seats available (but it shows on the BA website). Are they blocking business seats to Australia?

I’m a little confused by your statement that they’re not available but showing on BA’s website. Are you trying to book the seats with Avios or with some other currency? At what point in time does availability disappear? Have you tried looking at the same dates using the Qantas site to see what it says?

After playing around with the dates, the flights show up on the BA website and on Qantas’ website but there is absolutely no business award space. Not booking with Avios.

I’m still not clear on what you mean. Do you mean that the flights show up for sale with cash but not with points? That’s entirely possible. If that’s not what you mean you’ll need to explain a little further to get it through my thick head. 😉
