I have been saving up my Alaska Airlines miles (have about 140K now) for a sweet trip somewhere as far from DC as possible (thinking Bali, Thailand, something similar), and want to an as amazing as possible flight experience.
Considering that a round trip in First Class on Cathay is 140K miles and a round trip in First Class on Emirates is 200K, which would you recommend? Or should I also look at other Alaska Airlines partners? I would like to maximize time in the air (long flights), as well as cool free stuff, so I appreciate your thoughts.
