Cancelling BA Award and Rebooking with AA

Cancelling BA Award and Rebooking with AA

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi,

I just booked JL First between LAX – NRT. However, I booked it using Avios but I rather use AA miles. If I were to cancel the ticket what is the chance that I can book it agin through AA?

    Thanks,
    Gabriel

Hi Gabriel T! It depends on the route and dates. JAL tends to return award space to inventory, but it’s not a guarantee. I’d say odds are probably 75% in your favor, but there is still a risk.
