Hi Guys,

I’m Currently looking to book 2 tickets for my mom and her best friend for her birthday from JFK – BRU in business, how ever I cant seem to find any available dates when calling in to EY. Brussels doesnt seem to give the same availability to EY as other *A members.

Does anyone have any tips on what to say or request from CS rep from EY?

Yep, just keep calling until you get someone helpful. No real secret to it, unfortunately.

Thanks! I finally got 2 Biz tickets booked for October 2017. I think that maybe because flight dates just opened up, as i cant even book find flights on google that far out yet.

Thought I’d post here rather than start a new thread. Lucky, Tiffany, anyone else have any updates on this topic? For the past week I’ve been trying without luck to book biz class JFK-BRU round-trip awards on Brussels through Etihad. I’ve followed all the tips in the milevalue.com link above and still no luck. The dates I’m inquiring about show as available on united.com and expert flyer.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

[USER=2725]@hsb2123[/USER] What i found out was united availability has absolutly nothing to do with what etihad can see. Apparently brussels only give out a very small amount jfk-bru awards to etihad. you litterally have to call etihad UK office and ask them to search specific dates and then have them look for entire months.

when i was booking my tickets in december, i found a set of seats in april and then nothing until 2 more sets in october. GL!
