Asia : Business CX to US coast + anytimeAA domestic ?

Asia : Business CX to US coast + anytimeAA domestic ?

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hello,
I’d like to book a flight from Asia to NYC in Business with CX but availability isn’t that great.
Thus I was thinking about flying business to LAX or SFO and then addind a leg on AA to NYC.
But… flights from LAX/SFO to NYC are not direct with AASaver ! Seriously, who would like to come from Asia to LAX/SFO and have “one more non-direct” flight to another US city ?
    My question is :
Can I book CX business to US + add one more AAanytime domestic leg in Business ? or in Eco maybe ?
Can I book CX first to US + add one more AAanytime domestic leg in First ? or Business ? or Eco ?
I think that flying on a premium cabin to US + adding one domestic leg in a lower class with AAanytime is reasonable… Does it work ?
Let me know if it’s not clear.
    Anyone tried before ?
    Thanks.
    Chris

Nope, partner awards can only be combined with sAAver flights, otherwise it will price as two awards.

Chris–build your itinerary with what is available at saver. AA is relatively generous with changes as long as your origin and destination stay the same so monitor the flights you want and space might open up for you closer to your trip.
