Alaska Air not seeing any JAL award space

Alaska Air not seeing any JAL award space

Can see up to 4 first class seats open on BA site but Alaska not showing any. Anyone else experiencing this?

If so, this is really a bad trend for Alaska. First they reduce the number of CX premium seats they have access to and now JAL?

What’s the route? Did you also check on JALs website to see if it matches? Qantas’s website also shows JAL space I think.

    LAX – NRT

sample date 12/31/16. Didn’t check JAL site.

It’s not showing on the QF site. In an old post from last year, TPG indicates that JAL is searchable on QF but sometimes QF has trouble seeing availability and gave an example.

QF is showing 4 seats in J on AA’s flight on that route tomorrow.

Were you looking at a direct flight on BA or one with a connection? Sometimes BA lies about space or shows more than is actually available, so that could be a factor too.
